Thanks to the diversity of our internal equipment, we can adapt ourselves to small series of 30kg, medium series as well as bigger quantities, while practising “Good Manufacturing Pratices of ISO 22716”.
Thus we provide a perfect upstream and downstream traceability and a constant quality of your cosmetic products.
After every production, all the documents are at your disposal: production reports, certificates of analysis of finished product.
QUALITY CONTROLS
Our laboratory of analysis, integrated to production workshops, guarantees physico-chemical, organoleptic and microbiological controls at different steps of production:
Control of raw materials received and quarantining to make a physico-chemical and organoleptic control
Control of unpacked products under production: pH, viscosity, density, microbiology and organoleptic quality
Controls under packaging
Control and release of finished products before shipment
